The Great comeback for Nepalese team so that to keep their hope alive for the semi-final in ACC Elite Cup 2012 after winning today's match against Saudi Arab. Saudi Arab who have lost their previous two matches loose the toss and were compelled to bat first.As has been said to win a toss is half to win a match.The mistake done by Nepali skipper Paras to choose bating in the previous match against Kuwait despite their strength is recovered in this match choosing fielding in this match.

                  Arab give a slow start with loosing their early wickets make them self in pressure so that they cant make a big total and were restricted to a low total of 131 in 48.2 overs.Sometime at the moment its seems like they were playing some test match making just 1 or 2 in each over.The star of the saudi inning was Iftikar Ali who scored 28 runs of 47 with 2 four and 1 six and is supported by the Mohammad Mohsin who scored 27 of 68 balls playing almost 11.2 overs was send back to pavlion by Gauchan.The slow but very steady inning come to an end at 48.2 overs making total of 131, producing a target of 132 in 50 overs for Nepal.
Nepali bowlers came back in their actual form since pitch was also in favour of the turners.The most economical bowler of Nepal and of todays match i.e Gauchan who took 2 wickets bowling 10 overs and giving just 14 runs with an economy of 1.40.The skipper who bowled the first over of the match also did favolous job taking 3 wickets with and economy of 4.20. The usual star spinner Basanta Regmi took 3 wickets bowling 10 overs with an economy of 2.40.The others bowler such as young Bhuwan Karki and U-19 Skipper Prithu Baskota also supported bowling line up of Nepal.Karki took 2 wickets while Prithu misses to get.

               Nepal had a huge pressure to win this match with big margin or better to say with good run rate to be in race for the semi and thus the match supported Nepalese.They won the match in just 13.1 over with an runrate of  10.10.Nepalese orthodox batsman Ganandra malla played an record breaking innnig scoring 61 runs of just 23 balls with 13 four and 1 six.He just took 3 runs by running.He scored half century in just 18 balls.He is supported by opener Khakurel (35(31))who scored 35(31) runs and mandal scored 29(52).  

Thus nepal won the match in just 13.2 over.Thus a comprehensive win for Nepal as they win with 221 balls to spare.
