Nepal faces do or die situation
Nepal is currently in 4th position with 6 points after playing 5 games in group B which is led by Netherlands. With two more games left to be played by Nepal, it seems like both of
them are must win games to keep our hope of playing WT20 alive.
One of those two games is with the mighty Afghans and another with Bermuda. The game between Nepal and Afghanistan is a key game for both the sides. If Nepal manages to win both its games, it will end with 10 points from 7 games and in that case Afghanistan will have one more game left to play with Kenya. Afghanistan is more likely to win the match and also will have 10 points in their bag. Thus, the net run rate will be deciding factor in who will end 2nd in the group. Netherlands has two games spare and it will be playing Scotland and Kenya and is likely to win both. Hence, we can assume Netherland will get into WT20. So both the remaining games are crucial and must win games for Nepal. If Nepal wins both and is favored by luck, there's still some chance that Nepal will end up as group leader. This totally depends upon big loses by both Afghanistan and Netherlands.
Against Afghanistan, It will be fiery pacey Afghan attack against spirited Nepali unit. In paper Afghan looks stronger than Nepal and rightly considered favorites to win the game. But they say, cricket is a funny old game and especially this shorter format. Nullifying excellent Afghan bowling is easier said than done as Nepal has struggled against relatively easy Dutch and Danish attacks. So, where the result will be totally decided by the fact how Nepali batsmen cope with Afghan bowling. If they bat anywhere near as good as against Kenyans they have a chance or else Nepal can forget WT20. Today is do or die situation and Nepal should go in field with an attitude, do before you die.

Nepal: Binod Bhandari : Binod too after playing that match winning knock against PNG could prove match winner again against Afghanistan and Nepalese fan will be hoping there is more to Nepalese batting than Paras Khadka.
